EDITOR'S NOTES. --Ga. L. 1992, p. 2151, § 1, effective July 1, 1992, repealed the Code sections formerly codified at this article and enacted the current article. The former article consisted of Code Sections 43-26-30 through 43-26-39 and was based on Ga. L. 1953, Jan.-Feb. Sess., p. 333, §§ 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12; Ga. L. 1956, p. 691, § 6; Ga.
